Blueberries contains antioxidants and lot of nutrients. An easy way of consuming these fruits are making a smoothie or juice. The plain juice won’t be soothing to your taste buds. So add some more ingredients to make it flavorful. Even though it is a juice I haven’t strain the fruit sediments and from the juice. If you want the plain juice you can strain it after blending. Serve the juice as soon as you made it, always consume the freshly made fruit juices.
- Blueberries – 1 cup, Rinse in water many times
- Water – 1 cup
- Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
- Sugar – 1-2 tablespoon
- Rinse the berries in water may times, alternatively you can soak it in water for some time.
- Add cleaned berries, cold water, lime juice and sugar in a blender.
- Blend it well, strain and serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.
