A simple and healthy juice which can easily make with few ingredients. It is a detox which will clear the toxins in our body. I have used only beetroot here, additionally you can use carrots also along with beetroot. you won’t be like the raw taste of beetroot, so we can add bit of lemon and ginger also to enhance the flavors.
Ingredients
- Beetroot – 1
- Ginger – a small piece
- Sugar – 2 tablespoon
- Lemon – 1 teaspoon
- Water – 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Peel the skin of beetroot and chop it into bite sized pieces. Blend it with sugar, ginger until smooth. Add little water and blend it again.
- Strain the mixture and extract the juice completely. Add lemon juice and mix it well.
- Serve it with ice cubes.
