It is a healthy and tasty option for a quick breakfast, which is filling too. If you don’t have time to prepare a proper breakfast or if you want to have something healthy in between your usual routines, you can try out this. It is very easy and takes only minimum time.
- Milk – 1 cup, chilled
- Oats – 1/2 cup
- Strawberries – 10-15
- Honey / Sugar – 3 tablespoon
- Add 1/2 cup of milk with oats,strawberries and sugar in a blender.
- Blend well and make everything into a paste and then add the rest of the milk and blend again.
- Adjust the consistency of the smoothie by adding more milk if required.
- You can add one banana also into this.
