Orange Juice

Fresh orange juice, that too homemade is very healthy and refreshing drink. Oranges are filled with antioxidants and Vitamin C which helps to improve immunity, also helps to give clear and glowing skin. It will take only few minutes to prepare and have lot of health benefits too. If the oranges are sweet no need to add any sweetener like sugar or honey into this.

Ingredients

  • Oranges – 3
  • Honey / Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. Cut the fruit into half and squeeze each half into a glass.
  2. Add water, sugar and mix well.
  3. Serve with ice cubes.
