This is a Kerala special seafood delicacy in which prawns/shrimps are cooked with raw mango and drumstick in coconut gravy. You can use any size of prawns for this, better use small size because it tastes more. Here I have used the tiger prawns. The most time consuming process is the cleaning of shrimps. Once you remove head, tail and shell of the shrimps, remove the vein by making a cut in the back ridge of it using a knife, grab it with your fingers and pull it back toward the tail of the shrimp. Rinse it in cold water and cook it right away.
