Mango has lots of minerals and vitamins which is beneficial for our skin, hair and eyesight.Ripe mangoes you can eat as a plain fruit or serve in different ways to make everyone drooling.This mango pulp and yogurt mix is also called Mango Lassi. This is a summer drink but you can have it at any time as a refreshing drink.Any mango will be fine for this recipe, but if possible use Alphonso mangoes for best results. In this recipe I have added half of an avocado also, but it is optional only.If you want you can add banana, or simply with mangoes only. You can increase the quantity of water depends on the thickness you preferred.
- Mangoes – 2
- Avocado – 1/2 (optional)
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Honey/Sugar- 2 tablespoon
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Peel mango and cut into small cubes . Scoop out the flesh of avocado if using.
- Take all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for couple of minutes till you get a smooth puree.
- Serve with ice cubes.
