Sapota also known as chikoo is a tropical calorie rich fruit. - Sapota – 3
- Cold milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Cashew – 5
- Cardamom seeds – 4
- Remove the skin and the seeds from the fruit. Cut it into medium size pieces.
- Put it in a mixer along with sugar and grind it to a fine puree.
- Add the milk and run for one to two seconds.
- Add crushed cashew and cardamom. Serve with ice cubes.
