Papaya Juice


The possible health benefits of consuming papaya include a reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, lowering blood pressure, and improving wound healing. It is also good for your skin and hair growth.Either you can have it as a fruit itself or you can make juice like this. Some kids wont like to eat papaya , so juice would be a better option to make them consume this healthy fruit.


  • Ripe papaya – 1/2
  • Honey / Sugar – 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Water / milk – 1/2 cup


  1. Cut the papaya into small pieces and put it in a blender along with other ingredients.
  2. Blend it well and transfer it into a glass.
  3. Serve it immediately.

    I add a pinch of ginger into it to spice it up.. Anything for the colour of thing, health benefits are coincidence ☺
