Dosa, idli will be the usual breakfast of almost South Indians. Instead of serving the same everyday, you can try some varieties into this. There are lot of varieties in the dosa itself like onion dosa, ghee dosa etc. Egg dosa is one among them and easy to prepare.
- Dosa Batter
- Egg – 1 each for 2 dosa
- Tomato – 1
- Small onion – 5
- Green chilli – 1
- Beat egg with chopped onion, green chili, and salt and keep it aside.
- Heat a flat tawa and grease it with oil. Pour the batter and spread it to a thin round.
- Pour half of the egg mix over it and add some pieces of chopped tomato on the top.
- Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes. Now flip it to the other side and cook for a minute. Serve hot.
