Blueberry Smoothie

blueberry smoothie

Smoothies are always filling and healthy drinks. If you skipped your breakfast, you can have a smoothie for a better alternative. This is a smoothie with blueberry as the main ingredient.


  • Blueberries – ¾ cup
  • Sliced Banana – ¼ cup
  • Honey/sugar – ½ tablespoon
  • Yogurt – 2 tablespoon
  • Milk – 1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes – 2 (optional)


  1. Add in all the ingredients in a blender and run it on high speed till smooth.

Note : This may have a thick consistency, but we already have ice cubes in the mixture, that should give a slightly thin consistency. But if you do not want ice in the smoothie, you can add a few spoonfuls  milk, to get a good texture.
