Pineapple is an excellent source of manganese and vitamin C. Juice can be prepared with less ingredients and it tastes delicious. Drink lot of water during summer, alternatively you can have fruits in form of juices.
- Pineapple pieces – 1 cup
- Cold Water – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – As required(Adjust according to the sweetness of Pineapple)
- Scrap off the skin of the pineapple well and remove the hard core at its center. Cut it into small pieces.
- Blend the pineapple pieces, sugar and water together in a blender. If you want you can strain it in a strainer.
- Add ice cubes and serve.
