Strawberry Juice


Strawberry is an excellent source of Vitamin C, several other vitamins, dietary minerals and a modest amount of essential unsaturated fatty acids. It is a refreshing and healthy fresh juice you can prepare within couple of minutes.


  • Strawberry – 10-12
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – to taste
  • Water – 1/4 cup


  1. Wash strawberries in water and drain. Remove leaves and chop strawberries roughly.
  2. Blend strawberries along with sugar, water and lime. Serve with ice cubes.
