A very yummy and tasty ice cream without any ice cream maker. Here I have used the fresh mango puree, you can do this at home when you get fresh mangoes. You can try with any type of mangoes, I have done this with Alphonso mangoes, they are very sweet and you will get a nice color also. You can vary the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of mangoes.
- Mango – 2
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Cream – 1/2 cup
- Milk -1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1/4 teaspoon(optional)
- Scoop and collect pulp of mango with a spoon and place it in a blender with sugar, milk and blend well until sugar is dissolved.
- Add fresh cream, vanilla essence and whip until all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Pour it into an airtight bowl and freeze for 2 hours. Take out and blend it again in a mixer until smooth and refrigerate. Freeze it overnight, scoop and serve.
