Ari unda / Rice Laddu


A sweet snack with only three ingredients!! So you can guess  how simple it will be. Very easy to make with little effort. I have used the brown matta rice for this. The moist in the coconut will be enough to roll the laddus. If you are not bale to do it, add few drops of milk into this.


  • Matta Rice – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1/4 cup, grated
  • Coconut – 1/2 cup


  1. Heat a pan and roast the rice till it started cracking. Grind the roasted rice to fine powder.
  2. Add grated coconut and jaggery into this. Make small balls out of it.
