Everyone knows how to make scrambled egg, we will be filling this healthy and nutritious egg inside the burger instead of patties or veggies.
- Egg – 1
- Onion – 1, medium
- Tomato – 1, medium
- Green chilies – 2
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Heat a pan with oil and add the chopped onion and chili. Mix and stir for a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and give a stir. Put the flame on low and then crack the eggs into this. Sprinkle salt immediately.
- Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked and it becomes scrambled and firm.
Cut the buns into half and slightly toast them on a pan with a drizzle of butter.
- Take a half of bun and add the egg mix, pour some ketchup over it and close with other half.
