This is a simple and kids friendly recipe with few ingredients. You need only 3-4 ingredients to make this. As the name suggests, the main ingredient is banana. You can increase the quantity for more pancakes.
- Banana – 1, big
- Egg – 1
- Wheat flour – 2 tablespoon
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Slice the banana and mix all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Heat ghee in a pan and pour one ladle of batter. Spread the batter and when bubbles starts coming, turn the other side.
- When it is cooked, serve with honey.
