An easy and simple stir fry of long beans you can serve with hot rice. This a very usual and common side dish of rice in Kerala.
Long Beans – 250 gram
Green chily – 3
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Curry leaves
- Coconut oil
- Wash and remove top and tail of the beans. Cut them length wise.
- In a thick bottomed pan add long beans, salt, green chilies, turmeric powder and little water .Cover and cook it on low fame.
- Heat oil in another pan and saute the chopped onion. Add curry leaves. Add the cooked long beans and stir it for a couple of minutes.
